1. Less is more. We use a very high concentration of pure zinc (22.5%) and a finger swatch amount is often enough to protect the entire face. If you are having trouble achieving a lightweight transparent finish, you are likely using too much.
2. Spread, don’t rub in. Paint small swatches on my cheeks, nose and forehead and use my fingers to spread the lotion across the rest of my face. Rubbing it in a circular motion will make it more difficult to blend transparently.
3. Think of our tinted spf as you would a foundation or tinted moisturizer. Be cautious when putting on a shirt, and try to avoid letting fabric rub against your face after application. All transfers can be removed, just send us a quick email and we will share the steps.
